Cancellations
You can cancel your purchase without any cancellation charges within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
Returns

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused or undamaged on arrival.
Your item must be in the same condition it was received.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your item is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund and we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping and Returning costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
